    Welcome

Change is uncomfortable. Life events sometimes throw us curve balls when we least expect it. Do you now or often experience anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, divorce, or even post-pandemic returning to work concerns? These are stressors that give us feelings of uncertainty and hopelessness, impacting the ability to function in relationships, occupation, social life, and obtaining educational goals. Does it seem as though you’ve been knocked down once too many times and getting up is a struggle? When in the middle of a struggle words such as “tomorrow” and “feeling better” seem so far away.

Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, you will learn skills that will allow you to overcome challenges that otherwise hold you back. With me, you will have a safe space to talk and will hold our therapeutic relationship in confidence. I employ methods designed to lead you to a fulfilling and healthy life. My passion is helping others.

Sometimes You Face Difficulties Not Because You’re Doing Something Wrong But Because You’re Doing Something Right

All of us experience life changing events in our lifetime. I am no different. What I have are skills and tools to assist you to tap resources existing within to better manage episodes of anxiety and distress. I invite you to reach out to me for a free phone or tele-health consultation. As an Army veteran, fellow veterans are also welcomed.
